Biography
Tom DiGiovanni writes music for young students, amateurs and professional ensembles. Trained as a conductor and jazz pianist, he particularly enjoys writing works for chorus.
​
Tom studied orchestral conducting with Maurice Peress at Queens College (New York) and received an undergraduate degree in Music and Computer Science from Lafayette College (Easton, PA, USA).
​
Currently, Tom is the Director of Choirs at Phillipsburg High School (NJ) and organist at Old Greenwich Presbyterian Church in Stewartsville, New Jersey.
​
Tom is a charismatic speaker and workshop presenter on issues of music performance, rehearsal technique and practice motivation.
